Working as HR & Recruitment Manager for a large Corporate organisation, I found myself in a position that most businesses face: searching for an effective recruitment partner who could help us with a critical aspect of business growth – filling our vacancies!  Experiencing frustration with the hefty fees charged by recruitment agencies and the heavy workload attached to advertising vacancies online, I recognised a gap in the market and decided to take matters into my own hands.
