A message from our founder

Working as HR & Recruitment Manager for a large Corporate organisation, I faced the same problem most businesses do: finding an effective recruitment partner to help fill our vacancies. Frustrated by the hefty agency fees and the workload of advertising online, I saw a gap in the market and decided to take matters into my own hands.

I love recruitment – being entrusted by employers to find suitable candidates quickly and cost-effectively, and helping individuals find their next long-term role. As Recruitment Helpdesk approaches our 20th anniversary, I’m proud we’ve fulfilled our original vision: helping employers find great candidates while keeping hiring costs low.

That same passion is why we’ve introduced our CV Optimisation Service – helping jobseekers get their CVs past AI screening and in front of recruiters, for the best possible chance of being shortlisted.
